I am currently employed as a web developer working in a busy marketing department for a multinational, multi-discipline engineering and construction company. My role involves writing project briefs, consulting with directors and managers from around the business to develop e-projects for web and intranet.
The key project to date has been project managing and developing a comprehensive website enquiries database and CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) combined with a CMS (Content Management System). This project involved input into an e-strategy to help shape the customer experience for both the user and key persons throughout the business. (See CV for further details)
